Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and articulate volunteers to join our team as Postcard Writers. This role involves crafting thoughtful and motivating messages on postcards and/or addressing and stamping already printed postcards that will be sent to community members, urging them to get involved in local initiatives, attend events, or support causes that strengthen our community. Your words will serve as a catalyst for change and collective action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write personalized, encouraging, and action-oriented messages on postcards.
- Address and stamp printed postcards to get them ready to be mailed
- Ensure legible and neat handwriting.
- Follow specific guidelines or themes provided by the party for certain postcard campaigns.
- Promote community engagement, local activism, and participation in events.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the recipients.
